Mint – Mint is an excellent herb that can be used to treat many types of respiratory infections. Mint is a cooling herb, which can be great for soothing sinus problems. It can also be added to baked goods and desserts to help make the dish more enjoyable.

Basil – It can be used to control bad breath and also treat anemia. Basil is also very good in breaking down a lactic acid that is released by the liver. It can also be mixed with Cayenne pepper to control asthma and rheumatism. Another great use of basil is to boost your immune system.

Oregano – Oregano is a very good herb to use to treat gastrointestinal problems. It can also be used to flavor dishes. Oregano can also be mixed with lemon for a tangy flavor.
